Joomchi with Purple Art

Their “process over product” approach encourages imagination, conversation and community in a relaxed, supportive space. Joomchi is a 500-year-old traditional Korean papermaking technique that uses water and eager hands to fuse multiple layers of mulberry paper (Hanji) together into a single, strong and textured material. The process is highly tactile, meditative and yields completely unpredictable, beautiful textures. Appropriate for adults 50 and older. This program will be hosted in English. Space is limited; registration is required.
